yet another illustration for the book "cuentos que encantan". i read this story for the first time when i was about 6 or 7 years. it's in one of my favorites books, 'the firebird and other russian folk tales'.
this one was the least of my favorites from that book, but when i found out i had to do an illustration for one of the stories i used to read and love i jumped like a crazy girl. i decided to do the frames as some sort of homage to the illustrations of firebird
